Today, the location of rescue stations and relief facilities is very important.Responsible organizations are concerned that these facilities must be located where they cover all existing demands optimum.In this research, a new mathematical model was presented for locating of relief facilities to reduce the concerns of relevant organizations. So Set Covering Problem (SCP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in uncertainty environment are the basic parts of this model. The Slacks-Based Model (SBM) that is one of the DEA models, is used for efficiency calculation. In this study, the introduced places are prioritized using the TOPSIS method. Prioritized places are then used as candidates points in this model with fuzzy data. Rescue & Relief Stations in the north of Fars province in Iran have been considered as a case study.
